Returns & Refunds

We offer a 7-day limited return window starting from the date your order is marked as delivered.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The product must be defective, damaged, or not functioning properly

  • You must contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • The item must be in its original condition

  • Proof of purchase is required

  • Clear photos or videos of the issue must be provided

 

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect color or bundle selection chosen by the customer

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Minor cosmetic imperfections that do not affect functionality

  • Damage caused by misuse or improper handling


How to Request a Refund

  • Your order number

  • A detailed explanation of the issue

  • Clear photo/video evidence

Requests sent without required information may be delayed or denied.


Damaged Items During Shipping

If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photo evidence of:

  • The damaged product

  • The packaging

  • The shipping label

We will evaluate the case and offer a replacement or refund if approved.

 


Refund Process

Once your request is reviewed and approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time: 5–10 business days

  • Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund

If more than 15 business days have passed after approval, please contact us.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If your item is approved for return, you may place a new order after the refund is processed.


Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 6 hours of purchase.

After this period, the order may already be processed and cannot be modified.


Chargebacks & Fraud Protection

We reserve the right to deny refund requests in cases of abuse, excessive claims, or suspected fraudulent activity.
